Utah State Board of Regents Policy

Most course work that is not vocationally or technically oriented will transfer. There is a Transfer Articulation Guide published by the Utah State Board of Regents that lists how courses transfer within Utah.

Students transferring with an Associates of Arts, Science, Science in Business and Pre-Engineering degree from a Dixie State College will be accepted as having completed the general education requirements at public universities in Utah. If you would like to have an evaluation of the transferability of your credits, send an official copy of your transcripts to the admissions office of a prospective university and ask for an evaluation.

Classes must be numbered 1000 or higher and the grade must be a C- or higher.  Classes for a major may require a higher grade.

"The most successful transfer is the one for which you prepare."
