During the 1960-61 school year, President Bruhn began the
action to obtain money for the new men's dormitory and a
cafeteria along with an extension to Dixiana.
As plans were
being made in the early 1960's to move the College to the new
campus, it became very evident that a separation of the college and
high school curriculums was necessary, and one significant problem
involved what members of the faculty would remain with the High
School and who would move with the College to the new campus.
